Home Sales in Overland Park; Is it a Buyer’s or Seller’s market?

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; the Real Estate market in Kansas City is hot, and even hotter in Overland Park and other areas of Johnson County, KS

Many homes are selling before an agent even lists them in MLS. I say this because I am seeing more homes getting entered into MLS and within hours the listing agent changes the status to “under contract”.

This is when having an experienced Buyer’s agent representing you will not only save you time and money but also help you find and purchase the home you want, before others beat you to the punch.

By experienced I mean having a Buyer’s agent that understands how the game is played, and what to be looking for when trying to find a home that meets your needs and wants.

An agent that will not only sift through homes listed in our Realtor MLS system but also find For Sale By Owner, abandoned homes, or homes that a For Sale sign has been placed in the yard but have not been entered in the Realtor MLS system.
