I have been a Real Estate agent in the Kansas City and Overland Park areas since 2005. In 2009 I became a Real Estate Broker and I did so for three reasons:
- To gain a higher level of expertise that I could then share with my clients whether they look to buy or sell a home.
- To better able me to set my fees. I won’t charge my clients transaction or administrative fees, which is typical of many Real Estate transactions. These fees can be charged to you in addition to Real Estate commissions and they may amount to hundreds of dollars on each transaction.
- I can make decisions that in many cases will save you time and money. I don’t have to wait for a Broker to make the decision for me.
